Hannah Weid

I’m a young community leader who loves bringing people together and creating spaces where girls feel safe, confident and supported. I’m passionate about making fitness and confidence building more accessible, which inspired my idea for StrongHER where girls can build strength, resilience and confidence without fear or judgment. I enjoy turning ideas into meaningful experiences and creating opportunities that make people feel included and empowered.

StrongHER

StrongHER exists to break the stigma surrounding girls in fitness and self defence by providing affordable, empowering programs that help young women build confidence and the skills needed to navigate everyday life safely and confidently.
