Joshua Kiena (Gaddiel Kienansatuko)
I am a young community leader and founder of Flow Management, a nonprofit focused on financial literacy and economic empowerment for youth. Through programs, workshops, and community initiatives, I work to equip young people with the knowledge and confidence to make informed financial decisions. I am passionate about creating accessible and culturally relevant opportunities for Black youth and students navigating adulthood, university, and financial independence. Alongside my community work, I also work in entrepreneurship development, helping young entrepreneurs access funding, mentorship, and resources. My goal is to build sustainable programs that create long term impact and strengthen the communities I serve.
