      Le fonctionnement du projet

The project will bring young people together to identify and support individuals experiencing homelessness in our community. Youth volunteers will be participating in Info sessions, outreach activities, prepare food and essential care packages, and distribute them respectfully to people in need. The team will also connect individuals with local shelters, community services, and other available resources. Through awareness campaigns, social media, and community partnerships, the project will encourage more people to get involved. Progress will be measured by the number of people reached, resources provided, volunteers engaged, and partnerships developed.

      Résumé de l'impact

Through volunteering and direct outreach, youths helped provide food, basic necessities, encouragement, and hope to people experiencing homelessness. Most importantly, the project demonstrated that young people can be powerful agents of positive social change by turning awareness into action and helping create a more caring, inclusive, and supportive community.
