RetreatHER
RetreatHER is a restorative one day retreat designed for young women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore holistic wellness in a supportive environment. This retreat offers intentional moments of reflection, guided conversations, nourishing meals, and calming spaces that promote healing, self-awareness, and inner balance. Emphasizing community care and accessibility, RetreatHER provides a space for participants to step away from daily stressors and invest in their emotional and physical well-being together, fostering sisterhood and rest.

About this Project

United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
When it comes to community impact projects, the UN has created 17 Sustainable Development Goals. These are the Sustainable Development Goals associated with my project.
How the project works
The retreat is a one day fall event dedicated to rest and wellness. Participants will experience a relaxing spa experience and will receive a RetreatHER kit, which includes a wellness guide on how to care for their bodies effectively. Guest speakers, including a nutritionist and a therapist, will provide valuable insights on health and self-care.

Project Impact
This retreat will help young women rediscover the true meaning of rest. With expert support and nurturing experiences, participants will leave feeling acknowledged, empowered, and reconnected with themselves. It goes beyond self-care. It offers a reset, a reclaiming of peace, and a vital reminder that they deserve to feel well deeply and fully.
Project Mission
RetreatHER’s mission is to create a safe and healing space for young women to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves. Our goal is to provide tools, guidance, and nurturing experiences that support long term well-being mentally, physically, and emotionally

Project Team
We are two dedicated team members committed to wellness and empowering women.
