Armaan Arora
Abbotsford, BCI’m a passionate and driven young community leader who cares deeply about creating positive change at the local level. I believe in listening first, then taking action in ways that are thoughtful, inclusive, and hands-on. Through projects like the Pet Care Education & Resource Kit Program in Abbotsford, I’ve learned how small efforts can make a big difference when rooted in empathy and collaboration. I enjoy working with others, learning from the community, and finding creative solutions to real-life challenges. My goal is to continue building meaningful connections and empowering others to take action too.
Pet Care Education & Resource Kit Program
The Pet Care Education & Resource Kit Program is a youth-led initiative based in Abbotsford that supports local pet owners with free care kits and simple educational resources. The project focuses on promoting responsible pet ownership by providing tools like waste bags, toys, grooming supplies, and printed guides. In partnership with organizations like BC SPCA Abbotsford and LAPS, the program aims to reduce preventable surrenders and help pets and their owners thrive together in the community.
