Cinthya Etwyse

I’m a young professional and community leader who is passionate about turning ideas into initiatives that create meaningful impact. With a background in operations and project management, I naturally gravitate toward bringing people together, organizing resources, and finding practical ways to make things happen. Most recently, I’ve been working with my sister to develop a free financial literacy workshop for youth in underserved communities, focused on making skills like budgeting, saving, and investing more accessible from an early age. I believe leadership is not only about having ideas, but about creating opportunities, building connections, and using your skills to contribute to the community around you.

Each One Reach One: Future Ready

Each One Reach One – Future Ready is an interactive youth financial literacy and career-readiness initiative that helps young people build practical skills for adulthood. Through workshops, games and real-life scenarios, youth explore careers, budgeting, saving, investing, credit, debt and everyday financial decisions. The program creates an engaging environment where young people can make choices, experience their consequences and build the confidence to make informed decisions about their money and their future.

About this Project

Communities Served

My project will involve and/or impact the following communities:

    United Nations Sustainable Development Goals

When it comes to community impact projects, the UN has created 17 Sustainable Development Goals. These are the Sustainable Development Goals associated with my project.

      How the project works

Future Ready delivers interactive financial literacy and career-readiness workshops for youth through community partners such as BGC Ottawa. Participants move through activities covering careers, expenses, lifestyle choices, savings and investing, unexpected financial events, and debt while learning through games, discussion and real-world decision-making.

      Project Impact

Future Ready increases access to practical financial education for underserved youth, helping participants build confidence, strengthen money management skills, and make informed financial decisions. Through community partnerships and hands-on learning, the initiative equips young people with lifelong skills that support financial well-being, independence, and future success.

      Project Mission

Each One Reach One’s mission is to empower youth through financial literacy, career readiness, mentorship and practical life skills. The initiative aims to make real-world learning accessible, engaging and relevant so young people can develop the knowledge, confidence and decision-making skills they need to prepare for adulthood and create opportunities for their future.

      Project Team

A community-driven team passionate about equipping youth with practical skills, knowledge and opportunities.
