As a young community leader, I am passionate about creating positive change and helping others feel supported, included, and empowered. Through my experiences in healthcare, education, and community-based roles, I have developed strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. I believe meaningful leadership starts with listening to others, leading with empathy, and using your voice to advocate for those around you. As I continue to grow personally and professionally, I hope to inspire others, contribute to my community, and create spaces where people feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

ThriveAI

Thrive AI is a youth-led community initiative preparing young people for the future workforce through accessible, hands-on AI education. The project reduces fear and uncertainty surrounding emerging technology by building practical AI skills, digital confidence, and workforce readiness. Through interactive workshops and coaching, Thrive AI helps participants use AI responsibly for communication, productivity, career development, and creativity—empowering youth to adapt, innovate, and thrive in a rapidly changing world.

    When it comes to community impact projects, the UN has created 17 Sustainable Development Goals. These are the Sustainable Development Goals associated with my project.

      How the project works

      Over the project period, Thrive AI will deliver beginner-friendly AI workshops and coaching sessions focused on digital literacy, workplace productivity, career development, and responsible AI use. Participants will engage in hands-on learning, practical exercises, and guided support to build confidence and future-ready skills.

      Project Impact

      Thrive AI empowers community members with the confidence and skills needed to succeed in the future workforce. By making AI education accessible and approachable, the project reduces barriers to technological learning and promotes digital inclusion. Beyond building technical skills, Thrive AI fosters innovation, resilience, adaptability, and a lifelong learning mindset, helping individuals confidently navigate an evolving digital world.

Its goals are to improve AI literacy, build digital confidence, reduce fear surrounding emerging technology, strengthen workforce readiness, and equip participants with practical, responsible skills to adapt, innovate, and succeed in a rapidly changing future.
