I'm a community builder who believes that some of the most meaningful change begins with ordinary people choosing to take the first step. I'm passionate about creating initiatives that bring people together, strengthen communities, and open doors for others to grow and contribute. Much of my work has focused on education, community development, and building spaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to make a difference. I love taking ideas that once existed only on paper and turning them into something real. Above all, I hope to spend my life building projects, opportunities, and communities that leave a lasting impact on the people they serve.

Building ii Tilmaan's Community Intelligence & Research Infrastructure

Building ii Tilmaan's Community Intelligence & Research Infrastructure is a research initiative focused on better understanding the needs, experiences, and priorities of our communities. Through surveys and interviews across multiple cities, the project will produce a community needs assessment while establishing sustainable research tools and systems. By generating evidence-based insights, the project will equip ii Tilmaan, community organizations, and partners to make more informed decisions, strengthen programs, and direct resources where they can create the greatest impact.

    United Nations Sustainable Development Goals

    When it comes to community impact projects, the UN has created 17 Sustainable Development Goals. These are the Sustainable Development Goals associated with my project.

      How the project works

      Over five months, this project will gather community voices through surveys and interviews to better understand the needs of our communities. The findings will inform a community needs assessment while building ii Tilmaan's research infrastructure, creating practical tools and evidence that can strengthen programs, partnerships, and decision-making for the community.

      Project Impact

      This project will strengthen ii Tilmaan's long-term capacity to grow with intention, creating systems that support better planning, stronger partnerships, and more sustainable impact. It also has the potential to help other community organizations make more informed decisions and maximize the impact of the resources they already have.

      Project Mission

      The mission of this project is to help communities make better-informed decisions by strengthening the role of research in community building. Its goal is to create a lasting foundation that helps ii Tilmaan and other organizations better understand community needs, strengthen their work, and create greater impact over time.
